About the event

Celebrate all things British farming and a fruitful harvest with us at our Harvest Festival, a day to be thankful of the work farmers do all over the country to grow our food. Hear from local farmers about their harvests, explore our farm and join in with all the fun! The Harvest Festival will be filled with activities for all the family; farm walks, minibeast safaris, corn dolly making, bread making demonstrations and garden games - there’s something for everyone! 

Our farm gates will be open from 10am till 4pm where you are able to make the most of your time on the farm, get stuck in with the variety of activities, explore the fields and enjoy delicious farm-to-fork food from local farmers and our Cafe.

Throughout the day we will have various activities, all activities are included in your ticket price, feel free to join as many activities as you would like. There will be garden games available to play throughout the day, or head off on your own adventure to explore the fields!

Activities on the day

There will be the chance to explore our farm with a guided farm walk or minibeast safari. Why not get stuck in with making your own corn dolly? Or hear stories from local farmers, including Jim, previous farmer of our farm, where he tells us how farming has changed over the decades. We've got live music, morris dancers and not to forget delicious food from our kitchen and other local producers... there really is something for everyone! 

Tickets include entry and access to as many activities as you wish to take part in. Food and drink will be available to purchase from the FarmED Cafe and local food producers.
