From rod and line caught fish to wild venison, from heritage grains to vibrant seasonal vegetables, Wylde Market showcases food that is not only delicious but produced in harmony with nature. Ella will take you behind the scenes of the growers, makers, and fishers who are quietly leading the shift towards a fairer, cleaner, and more resilient food system.

We’ll explore questions such as:

• What does “regenerative” really mean in farming and fishing?
• Why does buying directly from producers matter?
• How can everyday shopping choices make a real environmental impact?

About the speaker

Ella’s story weaves together food, farming, and community, showing how small changes in what we eat can ripple out into big changes for our planet. This will be an informal, lively talk with plenty of space for questions – and perhaps a few tasters to try.

After the talk, there will be a delicious farm-to-fork lunch for everyone to enjoy whilst networking with fellow visitors.

Please arrive at 11:45 am. The talk will start at midday, and lunch will be served at 1:00 pm.

After the talk, you will get a freshly prepared, nutritious lunch from the FarmED cafe where you will be able to network with other guests.
